Thoughts for Success

It is a collection of quotes or sayings that are very useful in changing our mindsets and other things that makes us aware of the world we're living in. It gives us great insights in human  nature as well.

A motivation for success indeed.

The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace Wattles

"The ownership of money and property comes as a result of doing things in a certain way. Those who do things in this certain way, whether on purpose or accidentally, get rich. Those who do not do things in this certain way, no matter how hard they work or how able they are, remain poor.
"It is a natural law that like causes always produce like effects. Therefore, any man or woman who learns to do things in this certain way will infallibly get rich."

Wallace D. Wattles,
The Science of Getting Rich, Chapter 2

As A Man Thinketh by James Allen

The premise of the book is from the book of Proverbs that says, "As a man thinketh, so is he." I've read this book several times. It's very short, and I learn something new every time. With such a beautiful writing style, it's simple and elegant at the same time. The title says it all, "as a man thinketh", and you are blessed enough to finish this book thinking that as you think, so shall you be. It's the secret in "think and grow rich" as well and that is one of my favorites also.

SpeedWealth by T. Harv Eker

Speed Wealth by T. Harv Eker is one of the best books on wealth creation that I have read. Eker exclaims that he can take anyone and show them how to make a million dollars in three years or less. Now, that is an outrageous promise. Yet, Eker effectively delivers on his promise in this 72-page book.

Secrets of the Millionaire Mind

A great book on creating a mindset of the rich and how to navigate away from thinking of the poor.

Beyond humor, this book compares the rich to the poor with these assertions:
1. Rich people believe "I create my life." Poor people believe, "Life happens to me."
2. Rich people play the money game to win. Poor people play the money game to not lose.

Copycat Marketing 101 by Burke Hedges

Look at the financial condition of the "average" U.S. citizen at age 65: 36 percent are dead, 54 percent are broke or dependent on others, 5 percent are still working, 4 percent are financially independent, and 1 percent are wealthy. Only 5 percent are financially well off!

If you had the opportunity to become a 5%-er, would you take advantage of it? If your answer is "yes," read on, because that's what this book is about.

The Parable of the Pipeline by Burke Hedges

This is a parable that gives us a great insight of what is happening in the world today and how most of us are now living. It is a good story that depicts or encourages unique and creative ways to solve our money challenges.
